When you request a quotation or a free design preview, we use your contact details, business name, website address and project details to assess the request and communicate our proposal. Steps taken at your request before entering a contract rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; communications with company representatives rely on Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in managing business enquiries. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute consent to marketing communications.

If you choose WhatsApp, you leave this website and use the WhatsApp service, which processes data under its own terms and privacy policies. You can use the contact form or email instead. Do not send sensitive information, passwords or unnecessary personal data about other people.

You can exercise your rights by email. We normally respond within one month. Where permitted by the GDPR, this may be extended by two further months; we will inform you within the first month and explain the reasons.
